Fuel from the Sun: Innovation stimulus launched by the EC

Today the European Commission - under the auspices of Horizon 2020 - launched its latest in a series of inducement prizes entitled "Artificial Photosynthesis - Making Fuel from the Sun". The prize design approach was developed over the period August - November by Carbon Counts in conjunction with Ecorys.
