Assisting development of a pilot CCUS project in China

Carbon Counts is helping the Asian Development Bank in its environmental impact assessment (EIA) of an early stage pilot CCUS project located in North East China. The project, which involves CO2 capture from an integrated gasification combined-cycle (IGCC) plant in Tianjin, represents an important step within China's efforts to reduce emissons from its coal-fired power sector.
