Accounting for carbon removal projects within the Paris Agreement architecture

The last few weeks have been busy with meetings and assignments.


But within all that I acheived an absolute personal career highlight and privilege in giving a plentary talk at the University of Oxford.


In this case, it kicking off the plenary session on Measurement, reporting and verification (#MRV) of carbon dioxide removals (#CDR) at the 3rd International Negative Emissions Conference, alongside the truly brilliant Joanna House and David Ho.


I pitched my particular take on the MRV and carbon accounting interfaces, per the deck below.
