Carbon Counts Director Paul Zakkour participated in a 2-day workshop with policy-makers in Gaborone as part of the final phase of a carbon capture and storage study for Botswana. The project - sponsored by the World Bank - has examined the technical potential for storing CO2, legal and regulatory issues, and capacity building (including a Study Tour).
